1. Website operator and acceptance

Home TV Internet Options is operated by Telemedia Global LLC, doing business as Telemedia Worldwide. By accessing or using the website, you agree to these Terms of Use and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the website.

2. Our role

Telemedia Worldwide provides comparison and new-service ordering assistance for a limited selection of participating services. We are an authorized AT&T retailer and DIRECTV dealer. Other participating options may be offered through the DSI Systems or Satellite Country Inc. master-dealer sales channel, as applicable. See our Provider Relationships & Compensation Disclosure.

We are not a provider's billing, repair, outage, cancellation, refund or existing-account support department. Existing customers should contact their provider directly for account-specific assistance.

3. Who handles each part

Telemedia requests and explains participating information and submits only the selected new-service request the customer approves. The applicable direct provider or master-dealer sales channel supplies the ordering path. The selected provider makes the final serviceability, eligibility, pricing and acceptance decision, supplies or installs the service, bills the customer and handles ongoing support. 4. ZIP comparisons and availability

ZIP-code results are an initial comparison based on supplied coverage information. A result does not guarantee that a provider, network, plan, speed, channel lineup, mobile product, home-phone service, bundle or promotion is available at a particular address. Complete-address serviceability and eligibility must be confirmed before ordering.

5. Pricing, promotions and provider terms

Service availability, plans, bundles, pricing, promotional eligibility, speeds, technologies, channel lineups, equipment, installation, credit requirements, deposits, taxes, fees, contracts and other terms vary by provider and complete service address. Promotional pricing, when available, may be limited to new or otherwise eligible customers and may end after a stated period; standard rates and additional charges may then apply. Displayed speeds are comparison ranges and are not guaranteed. The selected provider determines final serviceability, eligibility, pricing and order acceptance. Current provider-approved information must be confirmed before an order is submitted. Offers may change or end at any time.

6. Ordering authorization

Checking an address or discussing options does not authorize an order. Telemedia submits a new-service request only after you select the service and approve the order details. You are responsible for reviewing the provider, products, recurring and one-time charges, promotion period, installation, equipment and other disclosed terms before authorizing submission. A submitted request remains subject to provider approval and may require identity, credit, deposit or payment verification.

7. Cancellations, Changes and Refunds

A ZIP or address check does not create an order, and you may choose not to proceed before approving an order. After an approved order is submitted, changes, cancellations, deposits, equipment returns, installation charges, credits and refunds are governed by the selected provider’s terms and handled directly by that provider. Telemedia does not bill customers or collect a separate comparison or ordering-assistance fee and does not issue refunds for provider charges. Review the provider’s order confirmation for applicable cancellation and equipment-return requirements.

8. Compensation

Telemedia may receive compensation from a participating provider or authorized sales channel when a customer orders service through our assistance. Customers do not pay Telemedia a separate fee for comparison or ordering assistance. Provider charges, deposits, equipment, installation, taxes and other terms may still apply. Our commercial relationships affect which participating options are displayed or discussed.

9. Calls, texts and communications

Calls may be monitored or recorded for quality, training, compliance and order verification, with consent where required by law.

If you provide optional written consent, you agree that Telemedia Global LLC d/b/a Telemedia Worldwide and service providers acting on its behalf may contact you at the number provided about your new-service request by calls or texts, including through automated technology or prerecorded or artificial voice. Consent is not a condition of purchase. Message and data rates may apply; frequency varies. Reply STOP to opt out of texts and HELP for help. You may contact us directly using the information below.

10. Sensitive information

A selected provider may require information for identity verification, a credit review, deposit, payment method, autopay or billing. The representative will explain the requirement shown and use the applicable provider or sales-channel ordering process. Do not send Social Security numbers, full payment-card details, passwords or identity documents through this website, ordinary email or text message.

11. Website use

You may use the site for lawful personal purposes. You may not interfere with the site, attempt unauthorized access, misuse the ZIP data, introduce harmful code, impersonate another person, submit false information or use automated methods that place an unreasonable load on the service.

12. Third-party systems and links

Provider, distributor and other third-party systems are governed by their own terms and privacy notices. Telemedia is not responsible for third-party website availability, content, security or operation, except to the extent required by law.

13. Intellectual property

Provider names and trademarks belong to their respective owners and are used in text to identify and compare participating options and describe authorized relationships where applicable. Website copy, layout and original materials are owned by or licensed to Telemedia Global LLC unless otherwise stated.

14. Disclaimer and limitation

The website is provided on an "as available" basis for informational comparison and ordering assistance. To the extent permitted by law, Telemedia does not warrant that the comparison is complete, error-free or continuously available. Nothing in these terms excludes rights or liabilities that cannot lawfully be excluded.

15. Changes

We may update these terms when the website or business processes change. The revised date will appear at the top of this page. Continued use after an update means you accept the revised terms.
